Stayed at a budget hotel in a bustling area. Upon arrival, we encountered a troublesome taxi driver who tried to overcharge us. We called the hotel and the owner, Mr. Yousuf, came to our rescue. He handled the situation and ensured our safety. Mr. Yousuf made us feel welcome, helped with our luggage, and even offered us a comforting cup of coffee. The hotel staff were kind, caring, and professional, making us feel like family. The breakfasts were delicious and diverse, with a cozy dining area complete with a fireplace. The hotel also accommodated all our requests and provided us with a helpful map. Although the location required some uphill walking, it served as a great workout and was close to major attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service.
